Staff Application Help

This is an offer for anyone who wants to try become staff. I will not tell you what to say. Just send me a doc of the questions and answers and I will give you the normal feedback I would normally give. This will hopefully help some people out. For instance If you don't make requirements then I will tell you some suggestions of how to meet them.

If this is not allowed or is not recommended. Then can a experienced member or moderator tell me so.

When players post their applications, players can post their feedback in the thread. The applicant is free to edit their application after feedback has been given. Not that this isn't allowed, but I recommend going about the process the normal way so it's genuine to the applicant and not lead by someone else.
