When submitting a map, please provide the information stated here: http://forums.manacube.com/threads/must-read-map-submission-information-format.649/

This means name, difficulty (easy/medium/hard/expert/insane), plot warp in case of creative or plot ID in case of map maker world (/plot info) and photos.
