Survival Mob Despawn

Currently, the mob despawn timer is set way faster than what is needed. I'm sure many players can attest that increasing the despawn timer would not result in a significant amount of lag to the survival server and would greatly increase the quality of life for those who spend a lot of time and resources in building their mob grinders.

Is this something that can look into being changed?

My mobs I was grinding despawned as I was typing this.

Make it like last season where it stacks to a limit in a chunk, then despawns after a certain time when the chunk is unloaded.

This also applies to Skyblock, would be nice if mobs despawned less frequently
