Survival needs a New Player Bot.

Survival chat is 50% people asking how to play and other basics. /p help and /help are in no way helpful and no new player will sit and read through the wiki. Perhaps a bot could be implemented that picks up key phrases like "how to play", "how to claim", etc and answers them so we dont have to constantly give tutorials?
