Survival server problems

i dont know why but i cant join the survival server ive tried many times but no luck any help?

Survival is a 1.9 and 1.10 server. Make sure you are in 1.9 or higher when trying to connect!

Today I had the same problem and I wanted to know if anyone else has this issue so I came on to the forums and found this, I think you should report this to higher staff to resolve this reoccurring issue.

The server was down for this morning but it is now fixed.
