The balatnt thief of KitPvP

can someone (preferbly a staff) go to the server [nope] and join KitPvP? and just see how these guys copied the KitPvP server of manacube one to one?! the map is a bit different but the kits-mechanics and even mana is copied directly!
Like wh.. what is this?
