Loading Status...The resource pack not working for me...

I dont know of any issue with the pack being broken. Might be a super recent one though.
Make sure you have no texture pack being prioritized over the server pack.
You can try relogging.
Try /usepack manacube
Try /usepack manacube2
Try uninstalling/reinstalling the texture pack.
If those dont work, I'd ask staff for help. But I've never bad an issue with the pack after relogging.

Hey! What version do you use?
Personally, I use 1.8.9 and it doesn't seem to work but when I log in with 1.16.1 it asks me if I want the pack on. The texturepack may be for higher versions than 1.8.9 so this may be your issue.
as SSM_GOD has stated so helpfully above, all those tips are valid when trying to fix this issue. I hope you fix this problem soon, and if you ever need help you can ask in /helpop in-game or here on the forums again!
