It not working when i try to buy cubits my bank is not canceling the transaction so idk what going on any help??

So i tebex flagged my acc for fraud activity and idk what to do to fix it

You need to contact Tebex and open a ticket to explain the situationa nd give them any proof required and then your bank to give verbal approval for future transactions . They will note on your account that you have given permission for tebex to withdraw funds from your account .

i emailed them and told them what do i need to do to fix it but they said they dont know what causing it and that they cant help the issue
