Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me what and how to grind mana easily? I heard do champs, but they take to long. What do you people do to grind it?

Find a couple expert/hard maps that you can do quickly/well and just grind them again and again.

I'm not much into grinding, but what Raptor stated above can be useful.
