Reasons for this include:
The map is far too hard for a medium. Some of the ladder jumps you pose are tough for even a hard difficulty course. I struggled with them, that says a lot for the difficulty.
The design is not very strong. It feel like you placed some pixel art swords randomly and it feels rather... random.
You can skip some ladder jumps near the top, due to a badly placed leap.
However, you can make some nice pixel art... Maybe you could be an artist.
