did you just change your username or did you get a whole new account?

If youre looking to get a rank you bought on a different realm transferred to the new realm you play, that isnt possible.

Hi there. If you have purchased a realm rank then it will be for the realm you purchased it on. If it was a global rank then you should automatically have it on all realms. You can make a support ticket but we don't usually move ranks from one realm to another
