Unable to claim elite kits

I have just upgraded my rank to elite earlier in the day, and all of the elite kits are still showing that they're lock and I am unable to claim them. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

try doing /reclaim then clicking elite

I did that and did /gkits. I got a message saying I could now claim the elite kits but when I go to try to claim them it still won't let me

That's weird, you can make a ticket Open ticket | ManaCube if this issue perseveres.

Try closing your Minecraft and reopening it, may be a ping issue.
