What is Manalvl xp?

From the daily rewards you get manalvl xp, what is it? My mana doesnt go up.

ManaLevel XP is the level in hub. But I believe the level in hub is broken and doesn't work. ManaLevel XP is different from Mana in-game, so it has no relation.

@Blororis was mostly right. The level is global but only shows up in the hub. It was broken but they have fixed it and upgraded the system, they're doing beta testing and it should be released to everyone soon.
However, "soon" on manacube might be 3 years :/
