Were playing and did the /warp boss thing and we did it... next thing we know the server crash and my inventory is wiped clean!

I’d suggest attempting to re-log, as a few players have had this issue and re-logging seems to fix it. I don’t believe Survival has crashed as far as I know, but if you still do not have your stuff after re-logging, make a support ticket here so an admin can hopefully assist you.
