Why is Speed 10 a thing?

It doesn't simulate a true pvp experience, and it is unfair on those who don't have it. Obviously It won't get removed because none of the MineVast staff care about kit pvp(Apart from Tyler)

True, even if you're a bad pvper you would definitely get there and be able to buy it.

speed 10 dosnt work it only allows u to go up to speed 2 or 3 it just says it works(i tried it on my friends server and speed 10 i really frikin fast)

Oh yes it is... I can't live on kitpvp when other people have speed 10 and my alt doesn't have speed 10.
