I think you should contact a staff member on the discord server about this or a ticket like mentioned above. Primarily because you're posting a lot of personal information right now which could be unsafe.

Go to the #help channel on discord and ask there if you want to use discord too. Don't include the email yet untill you're specifically asked. You don't want your personal information being spread or used wrongly.
