WTF is the deal with Skywars

I've tried to make the best of skywars, but everything has totally reset, and I can't even claim my rank. If says to claim it under my profile but my profile only leads me to the store. I assume I do NOT have to buy another rank? I'm pissed because it's the main reason I spent $80 on this server and I can't even enjoy playing with what I payed for.

You use the "Claim Package" option to claim your rank. It does not require you purchase it again.
