My money and Hours

I just logged in and all of my money is gone and my hours are at 0? What happened?

Hey Dog,

I noticed that you’re an Islands player, it’s possible it underwent a reset while you were gone. If that is not the case, I recommend you submit a support ticket at https://manacube.com/support/ for the staff team, detailing your problem and showing evidence. Threads don’t usually get very far and could get over looked.

Edit: Changed my response a bit due to, as Gapple clearly stated (thankfully so, I looked like a fool!), Islands has no reset date yet. I blame my ignorance for my confusion between islands and skyblock.

I noticed that you’re an Islands player, if I remember right Islands resets every 9 months so that may be the reason why you lost your money and hours (Coincidentally, season 8 is happening this saturday). Islands has no reset date yet. Skyblock resets this Saturday for season 8 :)

I do remember talk about a player getting his money, and time reset back to 0 I believe it was Mod or Admin related happened like yesterday I think. Not sure if that was you they were talking about.
