Rank not Linking up?

I have Mvp Rank but i'm not able to claim any of the kits?

it just says its locked, I kinda wondering if I have to purchase the kit

I saw you in tab earlier, and said that you had no rank. Did you /claim your MVP rank? It doesn’t auto update your rank when joining Factions

Perform /claim and from experience it takes about 5-10 minutes to register.

Give it 10-15 minutes and see if it works then. If it doesn’t, do /claim and then make a support ticket here if it still doesn’t work: https://manacube.com/support/open
