Only naturally spawned villagers or villagers from spawn eggs. You must rename them or they will Despawn. You cannot do anything with mobs that come from spawners other then kill them.
Unfortunately, as TwoXStep said, spawners wont work. I'm unsure if Zombie Villagers are a possible way to get villagers, since many players are looking for mending books from villagers. I'll let you know if I find anything out!
