Honestly in the past had a hard time waking up, use to sleep through alarms, was late to school and even work, It was a tough time, but i had to set realistic goals for myself, had to create a schedule for myself that would slowly fix itself, especially now since my schedules for work had a opposite change from 4pm-4am to 4am-5pm :(, Just be honest with yourself about what you need in life, and wake up with a glass of water, and a shower, maybe go to the gym before or set your self something to do when you wake up, it will definitely increase your chances to get up and go

brooo i agree completely, glad to hear you're doing better homie, i couldn't do the gym thing tho LOL

I am terrible at habits and routines and all of my days are spontaneous.
This also includes my sleep schedule. Maybe I should get on a schedule and a routineā€¦

That is definitely the way to go, saves a ton of stress, but if you're used to spontaneous days, I suppose it doesn't matter
