Why do you want to become staff?
I just want to make sure everything is under control, and no one is hacking, and I just want to help out in the community.

How long have you played on ManaCube?
I started a couple days ago but I have played minecraft for multiple years so I know what I am doing!

How many hours a week can you dedicate to Manacube? 7-9 Hours a Week 1-2 hours a day maybe more on the weekend

What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
I know some coding which might help, I know how to make people laugh, and I know how to help

What experiences have you had which could help you as staff? In school before I have coded multiple times before, and I have made sure the class didn't lose control.

The role of the staff is to make sure everyone is happy and make sure everything is under control

I am still in school from 7:30-3:00 and I have chores and homework so I might not make it every day but I will make sure to do a lot of work on the weekend

you dont meet the requirements, application is 170/500 words which is the requirement, since you said you started a few days ago, i assume that you dont meet the required 50h of playtime, and therefor will not know enough about the server to become staff in my opinion.

As a Survival main, your name certainly sounds familiar, but I do think you are rather new. I recommend you take more time to familiarize yourself with all of the features of Survival first. Explore the Isles, try out the /pquests, /jobs, /challenges, etc. Take some time to learn the rules, and make friends and connections that will help you when you're staff.

Like Mark said above, you're missing the word count requirement. You could elaborate further on some of your answers to work towards the word count. For example:

What three attributes distinguish yourself from other players that qualify you to be a helper?
I am hardworking, I am generous, I am thoughtful

While these are good traits to have, you could explain further how you are hardworking, generous, and thoughtful. Do you have any stories or examples of when you gave to others in need, or worked hard towards something you're really proud of? Can you show an example of you being thoughtful? How would these help tie into your ability to be a helper? Considering these questions can really improve the quality of your answers.

You mention your coding experience which is great! You should discuss what kind of coding experience you have. Do you know Java, Python, JSON, HTML? Being more specific will give them a better idea of your skill set. Giving an example of something you've coded or a project you've done also helps them understand your abilities.
You mention that you "made sure the class didn't lose control." That's great! You should explain the conflict in the class that would have made them act out of control, and what you did to help prevent that and ensure stability. How did you lead? What did you do specifically?

A final example:

Sometimes being a staff member means doing something that is unpopular, or may make other people unhappy, but is the right thing to do. What would you do then? If you had to choose between doing what was right, but unpopular, or something that was wrong, but made others happy? Other times, things are entirely under control. What would you do as staff if everything seemed to be going well in game? Sometimes being staff means looking for people to help, or making difficult decisions, and these are things you should take into consideration as well.

One last thought, you should probably list your time zone. This will help them understand what range of time you will be able to be on and handle things on the server if you got the role (so they don't ping you or call you while you're asleep or at school to get on haha).
