Were you logged in when you voted? If you were, you should have the vote keys in your inventory. Just go to spawn and right-click the vote chest with the keys in your hand.

Hi, I'm pretty sure automatic farms aren't allowed other than cactus farms due to the redstone lagging the server. I would let a survival mod know and provide the coordinates so they can investigate.

I agree with kxie, the staff will deal with players if they are using inappropriate language in ./shout. However, I can understand how it's frustrating that ./ignore doesn't apply to shouts which I feel should be further investigated.
