I believe MVP+ have access to /fly in Earth now, to my knowledge, in claims. If you suspect that someone is hacking, you can use /report in-game to report them. If you have a video you can make a support ticket or pop it in the Discord server under #reports.

autosoup and similar hacks are not allowed on KitPvP or the server in general. If you believe a player is cheating you can /report them in-game, or grab a recording and make a support ticket.
