Hoping this is the right spot to post this.
Recently I claimed rewards on the spring festival and picked Parkour as the destination realm.
I had already done this for a Killer Bunny SVA and received it successfully.
However when I claimed a Carnival Mallet and a Rain aura, I can't find any of them anywhere..
It hasn't appeared in my inventory, couldn't find it in the /cosmetics menu nor the cosmetics menu you can get to from the keystone (I don't know why but there's 2 cosmetics menus).
Any help would be appreciated!
