One way I get cubits is from going to different servers and doing things on them, every server has a unique economy that you can trade players for cubits. Depending on the server you might have to do more work for 1 cubit but if you go to the right ones you can easily get cubits.

Yeah in my experience it's all worked perfectly, might not notice it because some of them are only 5% bonuses and such.

Depends what you mean by best- there are many people on different tops on the server but there are also rich people who aren't the top of some things.
