If your the high enough rank, and try to do the command, it tells you that you have no permissions to do it.

it used to be were if you voted , yoou would get 2 souls per each vote. Then in around mid July, Dacon removed it and switched it with just giving us ign money and golden apples and never explained or changed the shop.
