add a /team command or plugin to allow you to do this

every time i team on /kitpvp and i'm not in someone's guild, i keep hitting my team mate ._. and i'm probably going to end up killing them

The leader of the Guild can disable friendly fire in it's guild settings (Type /guild)

There is no /team command as they want to encourage the making and use of a guild.
