Any tips on reaching A tier?

When i look at the axample warps, some of the B- plots arent far away from the skill level on some A plots. I feel like the grades are inconsistant. So i am very confused on what level im aiming.

I'd suggest taking a look through the wiki here because it provides you with examples of what staff look for within the different plots. It can seem like b- plots are far from the skill level of A plots but there isn't a way to be certain since there are many different building styles
