Any particular gamemode you're looking at? 
For game modes with Ancient Trials, the Ancient Set is pretty cool with its effects, and can easily be bought from the Trials' tokenshop after you've grinded out Ancient Trials for a bit - it is a good set of armour for PvP/PvE.
For game modes with a Mystic Set in Kilton, I would also recommend the Mystic Set, and I've seen many people grind for that; it gives you double mob exp - great armour set for PvE grinding.
Anything else that is better would probably be an SVA set, lmk if you have questions <3
