A very nice build as Tas pointed out, but it's been done before. As well as being too long, I think it's rather repetitive. However, the difficulty of the map is spot on; I personally suggest that you remove all outside or inside parkour, leaving just one, and revamp the types of jumps. (Walls, trapdoors, water, slime, soul sand, vines, chests, brewing stands, anvils, beds, cakes, etc all have unique properties that will make a fun and interesting map!)
