Jan 31st. false chargeback on my acc, I get banned and lose elite
I ask what happened
admin "already fixed"
me: doesn't have elite back or know why it happened
30 mins later: I msg admin asking what happened. OH WAIT! I DONT! They blocked me!
3 hours later: I make a ticket showing that I should have my elite and asking why it happened
admin: 'already told [you] I fixed it'
me: still didn't have elite or get an an explanation for why it happened
correct me if I'm wrong, but you get a notification when pinged, right? you should be respectful, courteous, kind, and friendly to your customers and most active members, right?
you have logs to see I have legit elite, right?
This is not meant as an attack or anything like that. I'm just trying to understand why there is no freaking communication and connection.
It's not hard, you're already reading those messages. Just do what you said you wanted to do- what you went out of your way and asked to do-
