Can not open Keystones

I have Keystones from the start of Survival. It says to hit F to open which I tried. It opens the Keystone menu and click on the chest to open crates but it does not to a thing.

For opening crates I'd suggest you use /crates instead. It'll open a GUI menu in which you'll have all the available crates on the server. You can left click to preview the possible prizes you can get and right click to open the crate of your choosing if you own any keys.
