What was your dream job as a child?

As a dream job as a young child, I always wanted to become an astronaut, they seemed like they went on cool adventures.

What was your dream job as of now?

I want to be an artist right now. As a creative mind, if I can create art while being able to support myself and my family and friends, that would be nice.

my dream job as a child was to be a police officer

my dream job now is to be a lawyer or a forensic scientist. i wanna be a lawyer because im into that stuff (and good money ;) ) and i want to be a forensic scientist because i love watching forensic files on netflix

I used to want to be a police officer when I was growing up, it was only around last year that I gave up on that dream.

Now, I'd be content doing anything revolving around space... or a professional sleeper, but google lied to me about that.

When I was younger I always wanted to be a corporate lawyer. I really didn't know a whole lot of what they did but I thought it sounded pretty prestigious. I quickly learned how boring being a corporate lawyer would be. While there are different types of corporate lawyers, for the most part they just write contracts and make sure the company is following laws, which turned out is wayy too boring for me.
It wasn't until I was in high school and started taking a lot of debate classes that I decided I wanted to get into the legal system. Whether it was prosecutor or defense, I still was unsure. Fairly recently I learned just how corrupt being a DA can be (depending on where you are at of course) and have decided on being a criminal defense attorney. In the end my goal is to help represent people by holding the legal system accountable and making sure they are doing things in an ethical manor.
I am now about to complete my first term in law school and couldn't be more excited for the future and what is to come!

I feel like mine is kind of boring.

When I left highschool, i started a career in studying animals. I began an animal studies course and I was working in a zoo. My dream job was becoming a Panthera Behaviorist. For a while it was fun, but while working in the zoo, another zookeeper said to me 'you don't go into this job for the money. You do it because you love animals, so if you don't completely love this job, you are in the wrong industry.'

After that, I completely lost interest in my job and my course. I failed it once, tried it again, and failed it again. Then at the beginning of this year, I felt really lost and I just really needed money. In August, I got a job working for a large private health insurance in Australia. Its a really cool job, and I love speaking to a range of different people and helping them. Now, my dream job is to grow within this industry by becoming a senior operator, and eventually moving across to pet insurance within the company. That way, I can still work with animals, just not in the way I had planned :)

When I was a youngling, I dreamed of being a one hit wonder (but that doesnt really count), panda caretaker/Nanny or a therapist.

When I was in high school, I wanted to be a movie director, professional photographer, musician, flight attendant, forensic pathologist, crime scene cleaner or a normal house/hotel cleaner.

God now I'd be dope to be a professional binge watcher or an ice cream/water slide tester if those actually exist o.o LOL

water slide tester does in fact exist. ice cream tester probably exists. or scale down and work at an ice cream factory/become a life guard.
