I've been trying to earn enough cubits to get MVP rank, which I need 12.5 cubits ($12.50). I was wondering what gamemodes are the easiest to make cubits on, as well as how to earn them (specifically would be preferable, not just "trade mana on parkour for cubits").

As you stated yourself, parkour is the easiest. Besides parkour I suggest atlas. You mine for Mana and about 250kmana = 1 cubit. After unlocking trench you can easily mine 100k+ mana a day. This makes it besides /gary fairly easy to earn cubits.
I definitely think that Olympus (Aether or Atlas) is the best for getting cubits. Like said above it's mining for lots of mana that makes getting cubits easy. It might take a while to get trench but it's definitely worth it to get it since you get so much more mana.
Definitely parkour. Simply find a grind map that is suitable for you (for me it's HalloweenPK) and do it over and over again! Since cubit prices on parkour are super cheap, you can definitely get a couple easy cubits in a couple hours!
