Elysium Task Reset Time

So my proposal is to make the Elysium tasks reset at Midnight EST, like when /cow does. It being a 24hr CD from when you completed the task is a little rough especially if you've already done one or two that got off the CD then go to do the rest and its still not available. Makes for a cycle of annoyance in my opinion.
