Why do you want to become staff?
I want to be stuff because, I want to help out with mana cubes survival since it's kind of my favorite. I also would enjoy having this as a responsibility and would love to help out I can be mature when necessary.

If i see a problem with players ill immediately get on it and give warnings, i can also help people out a lot and be online about 4-8 hours a day

To keep the game clean and fair so other players can enjoy the game without other having an upper hand handle problems with or between players

This application really lacks any sort of detail and thought in my opinion. If you want to increase your chances; provide more depth on specific areas.
I also encourage you re-review your desire to be staff after an increase in time on the server allowing you to gain a strong understanding of the game in depth.

Unfortunately I agree with Mark Snicket and cvnrxo as you have only been here for 2 weeks and that it lacks detail I don't think this application is saying enough information towards the role your trying out for. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to give you a -1.

While I respect and commend your enthusiasm and desire to be part of the ManaCube staff team, I recommend taking some more time, getting to know the Survival Realm, rules, and players better. Knowing who to trust, and where to look for certain matters is important. Additionally, Staff are expected to understand the rules well, since they are enforcing them.

Some of your answers could also use more depth or explanation; this would help you meet the word count requirement. Some examples of where you could improve are as follows:

It is awesome that you want to help out, and that ManaCube Survival is your favorite, but what makes ManaCube so great that you would want to help staff it? It's good that you recognize that being staff is a big responsibility, because it often means sacrificing your own time of playing for fun, and spending that time helping others or working on reports. What compels you to spend your time on others, instead of playing for yourself? These thoughts could give you more content to supplement your answer.

While these are certainly some responsibilities of people who staff ManaCube, I believe the question is more-so asking what are your personal skills and abilities that prepare you for the Staff position. Are you a good communicator? Do you have leadership skills? Are you fair and unbiased? What traits in yourself are you proud of, that would help you? If the things you listed are your skills, that's awesome too! It would be beneficial to list times you've given out warnings, experience with supervising, and how you help people out.

Another thing that might be a little concerning is that you were banned within the past week. It may be wise to wait a little while longer to familiarize yourself with the rules and demonstrate that you are a quality member of ManaCube, and apply again at a later date.
