What is Mcmmo?
Mcmmo is basically a level-based plugin that gives extra bonuses for leveling up skills within Mcmmo. It is most like games where if you grind something you bonus perk to doing it. In addition to being able to level up skills in Mcmmo there are also parties within Mcmmo that allow you to chat within a party. A useful command to see all Mcmmo commands is /mcmmo help .

What are the skills available for Mcmmo on the server?
The skills currently enabled on the server in Alphabetical order are: Acrobatics, Alchemy,Archery,Axes,Excavation,Fishing, Herbalism, Mining, Repair,Salvage, Smelting, Swords, Taming, Woodcutting. You can see what a skill does by doing /(skillname) to get your Mcmmo level in that skill plus your current bonuses from that skill.

There are two ways to level up skills one by doing what levels up the skill directly and the other way is getting Mcmmo credits from Crates from Vote parties, Voting at /vote and keys at /warp treasure . You can use all these points by doing /redeem where you can left click a skill then enter the amount of credits that you currently have for that skill. You can also do /redeem (skill name) (amount) to redeem up to the maximum amount of Mcmmo credits that you have. You can also see all your skill levels by doing /mcstats . Something else to note is that all activate abilities have a base cooldown of 240 seconds per use. You can also when nearby other players see their stats by doing /inspect (playername)


1. Acrobatics
Acrobatics is the skill where you level up from taking fall damage, successfully dodging an attack from a mob/player, and successful rolling or doing a graceful roll. Note: Teleporting anywhere within 5 seconds of taking fall damage will not grant xp.
Perks of leveling up Acrobatics:
Graceful roll: Is an active ability that works whenever you are crouched well falling this ability can negate up to 7 hearts of fall damage. Graceful roll chance is gained at 0.2% per level of acrobatics. This ability caps at 100% at 500 Acrobatics.

Roll: Is a passive ability that automatically is applied whenever you fall. The skill can negate up to 3.5 hearts of fall damage. Roll Chance is gained at 0.1% per level of acrobatics. This ability caps at 100% at 1000 Acrobatics.

Dodge: This is another passive ability that halves all combat damage taken. This ability gains 0.025% per level of acrobatics up to a cap of 20%at 800 Acrobatic levels.
2. Alchemy
Alchemy is the skill where you level up from making potion. Something to note is after you use redstone to extend a potion or glowstone dust to level up a potion you will not gain more xp for switching the potion from extended to level 2 potion.
Perks of leveling up Alchemy:

Level 1 Alchemy: Allows the creating of Water-Breathing potions (Allows a player to breath underwater) using a lilypad in an Akward potion.
Level 125 Alchemy: Allows the creation of Potion of haste (Faster swings) can be created by putting a Carrot in an Akward potion. Alchemy 125 also allows the creation of the potion of dullness (Slows a person's swings down) can be created by putting slimeball in Akward potion.
Level 250 Alchemy: Allows the creation of the potion of absorption (Grants 2 non-refillable hearts per potion level) can be created by putting a nether quartz in an akward potion. Alchemy 250 also allows the creation of the potion of leaping (Allows a player to jump higher) can be created by putting a rabbit foot into an akward potion.
Level 375 Alchemy: Allows the creation of the potion of health boost (Grants 2 refillable hearts per potion level) can be created by putting an apple in an Akward potion. Alchemy 375 also allows the creation of the Potion of Hunger (Increases the rate of hunger) can be created by putting rotten flesh in an Akward potion.
Level 500 Alchemy: Alchemy 500 allows the creation of the Potion of Nausea (Makes a user's vision swirl) can be created by putting a brown mushroom in an Akward Potion. Alchemy 500 also allows the creation of the potion of blindness (reduces user's vision) can be created by putting an ink scak in an Akward Potion.
Level 625 Alchemy: Alchemy 625 allows the creation of the potion of saturation (Restores hunger bar automatically over time without need of food) created by putting a fern in an Akward Potion.
level 750 Alchemy: Alchemy 750 allows the creation of the potion of decay (Causes damage over time similar to poison but does wither damage instead) created by putting a poisonous potato in an Akward Potion.
level 875 Alchemy: Alchemy 875 allows the creation of the potion of resistance (Grants 20% damage reduction buff per level of potion) created by putting a regular golden apply in an Akward Potion.

Catalysis: This is a passive skill that speeds up the creation of potions at level 100 Alchemy. It caps at speeding up potions to 4x the speed up to 1000 Alchemy. This is basically a multiplier that decreases the speed roughly .04 per Alchemy level.
3. Archery
Archery- The combat skill that enhances the use of a bow. Xp is gained by using a bow on mobs, or players. Archery on the server is capped at a maximum of 250 levels.
Perks of Leveling up Archery:

Skill Shot: Passive damage multiplier with bows. Each level grants 0.2% extra damage multiplier up to a maximum of 50% bonus damage.

Daze: Grants a chance to daze players grants the nausea effect and forces a player to look up. Daze shots to players also do an extra 2 full hearts of damage to a player. The chance of this occurring increases by 0.05% per level of archery up to a max of 12.5%.

Arrow retrieval: This passive ability gives a chance to get an arrow back that has been used before. Each level of Archery grants .1% chance to retrieve arrow back at a cap of 25% chance to retrieve arrows.
4. Axes
Axes is a combat Mcmmo skill where you level it up by hitting mobs or players with an axe. On this server axes is capped up to a maximum level of 250.
Perks for leveling up axes:

Skull Splitter: It is an area of effect ability that allows you to hit multiple players. This ability can be activated by right clicking an axes in hand and hitting a player or mob. This ability lasts 2 seconds at base amount plus for every 50 levels of axes the ability is extended by 1 second. Since the skill cap is 250. The skill can last up to 7 seconds at most.

Crtical Strikes; This is a passive ability that doubles the damage dealt by an axe. Each axe level grants 0.05% critical strike chance up to a cap of 12.5% chance to critically strike with the cap of 250.
Armor Impact: This is a passive ability that increases the damage to armor by a base of one and is increased by 0.02 per level up to a max of 6 bonus damage to axes at level 250.

Axe Mastery: This passive ability increases the base damage of an axe by 0.02 per level up to a cap of 4 damage at level 200 axes.
Greater Impact: Another passive ability that has a 25% chance to deal extra heart worth of damage to any mob or player without any armor. It causes a knock-back effect similar to knock-back 2 on a sword.
5. Excavation
Excavation is the skill of using a shovel to remove things like dirt, sand, gravel and other blocks. Excavation xp can only be gained by using a shovel on server-generated blocks such as dirt, sand, gravel, and other blocks.
Perks of leveling up Excavation:

Giga Drill breaker: This is an active ability that grants triple the drop rat, exp gain, and adds 5 levels of efficiency on a shovel. To use this ability requires to right click a shovel then use it to break something like dirt. This ability lasts for 2 seconds base and gains an extra second every 50 levels.

Treasure Hunter: This skill grants the opportunity to gain extra items from server-generated dirt, sand, or other blocks. Since it is hard to get server-generated dirt a link to drop table for anyone curious: https://mcmmo.fandom.com/wiki/Excavation.
6. Fishing
Fishing is the skill that gains xp whenever you fish. Xp is gained upon picking up a fish up item.
Perks of leveling up Fishing:

Treasure Hunter rank (1-8/8) This is a skill that gives you a chance to pick up items from fishing. Like picking a record from fishing, or picking up diamonds. The chance of this occurring is dependent on level and it increases 125 fishing levels and caps at 875 fishing at rank 8. Ice Fishing: Basically allows a person to fish where there is ice. It makes a temporary hole where the fishing rod is. This ability is unlocked at level 50 fishing.

Master Angler: Adds 0.20 bite chance per tick added to base level of fishing per tick. Basically this passive ability adds a higher chance to get fish faster. This is unlocked at level 125 fishing.

Shake: Grants a chance to get items from mobs by using a fishing rod on a mob. This has 8 rank levels that grants the chance of getting an item from a mob using a fishing rod.
1. Rank 1: 15% shake chance at level 0 fishing.
2. Rank 2: 15% shake chance at level 125 fishing
3. Rank 3: 25% shake chance at level 250 fishing.
4. Rank 4: 35% Shake Chance at level 375 Fishing.
5. Rank 5 : 45% Shake Chance at level 500 fishing.
6. Rank 6: 55% Shake Chance at level 625 fishing.
7. Rank 7: 65% Shake Chance at 700 level fishing.
8. Rank 8: 75% Shaek chance at 875 level fishing.

Fisherman's Diet: Adds one extra hunger bar filled when eating fishing. Is increased every 200 level in fishing by one full hunger bar. This is unlocked at 200 fishing and is capped at 1000 fishing. So, in a nutshell:
Level 200 fishing = 1 extra hunger bar filled
Level 400 fishing = 2 extra hunger bar filled
Level 600 fishing = 3 extra hunger bar filled
Level 800 fishing = 4 extra hunger bar filled.
Level 1000 Fishing = 5 Extra hunger bar filled.
7. Herbalism
Xp is gained by harvesting things like crops, or things generated by bone meal like grass or flowers. In general this skill is used to indicate experience gained by farming.
Perks of Leveling up Herbalism

Green Terra: This is an active ability that is activated by right clicking a non-dirt block with a hoe: This ability gives a chance to get 3x drops (this chance is based off of double drop chance)Tr from harvesting plants. It also grants 100% chance using wheat seeds in the inventory to turn Cobble stone to mossy cobblestone, stone brick to mossy stone brick, and dirt into grass. This skill has a base of 2 seconds and gains an extra second every 50 levels of herbalism.

Greeen Thumb: This is a passive skill that auto replants the following crops: Wheat, Carrots,Potatoes, Nether Wart, and Beetroots. When replant will put it into a certain growth speed depending on herbalism level. Shroom Tumb: Is the ability to turn a block of dirt into mycelium using red+brown mushroom. If you right click on it. The chance of this happening goes up with level with roughly 0.033% per level of herbalism.

Farmers Diet: Passive ability that grants extra hunger filled. Table from Mcmmo:

Hylian luck: Basically a passive ability whenever a sword is used to break grass, saplings, dead bushes, or flowers grants a chance to get melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, cocoa, carrots, potatoes, or apples. Each level of herbalism grants 0.01% every level. Up to a cap of 10% chance at level 1000 herbalism.

Breaking Grass,Saplings and Dead brushes with a sword will grant a chance to get melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, or cocoa. Flowers grant the chance to get carrots, potatoes, or apples.

Double Drop Chance: Simple passive ability that grants double drop chance per harvest. At 0.1% per level of herbalism. Caps at 1000 herbalism at 100%. To become a guaranteed drop chance.

8. Mining
Mining is the skill that enhances mining. Mining xp is gained by mining server generated blocks so blocks generated by lava in general.
Perks of leveling up mining:

Super breaker: An active ability that adds efficiency 5 on top of whatever efficiency a pickaxe and grants triple drop chance from blocks mined(This drop chanced is based on double drop chance). The ability can be activated by right clicking a pickaxe and mining any stone block, ore, or anything that pickaxes are used to mine like obsidian.
Blast Mining: This is just mining using TNT which is disabled and can't be used to blow up blocks so is useless.


Bigger Bombs: Just increases radius of blowing up TNT again which is disabled so useless as well.

Demolitions Expertise: Ability that reduces damage from TNT. Again another useless ability.

Double Drop Chance: Grants a chance to get double of any block mined that is server generated. Double drop chance is increased by 0.065% per mining level up to a max of 100% at 1539 mining level.
9. Repair
This skill grants the ability to repair tools using iron blocks. To repair an item you require whatever resource that is used to make the tool plus an iron block. You can repair by right clicking with the tool in hand twice to repair an item. Note, this can downgrade enchantments.
Perks for leveling up repair:
Diamond Repair: Passive ability to allow a person to repair diamond tools and armor. This requires level 50 repair.
Repair Mastery: Adds extra durability multiplier based off of this table: (Table is from mcmmo wiki) the multiplier is .2% per level of repair added onto the base durability restored.

Arcane Forging: This is basically the chance to keep enchantments, downgrade enchantments, or lose enchantments all together. The rank is increased every 125 repair levels. The chance to keep enchantments goes up by 10% per rank of this ability up to a total chance of 80% at 1000 repair. Well, the chance of downgrading/loosing enchantments all together go down per rank.
10. Salvage
10. Salvage this is a child skill of Fishing and repair. A child skill basically means two skill contribute to the level of the skill. To get the total level is take both the skills levels together and then divide by two. Salvage can be used by right clicking a golden block twice with any tool/armor with durability to get the raw resources out of the salvage.
Perks of leveling up Salvage:

Advanced Salvage: Grants the number of materials based off of the durability of an item. The number of materials received by durability per salvage level is .1% up to a cap of 100% at 1000 salvage.

Arcane Salvaging: Grants the chance to get enchantment books off of the item being salvaged. This is increased every 125 levels of salvage. The chance to get the full enchantment off of a book increases by 2.5% per salvage rank and the chance to get partial enchantment increases by 1.33% per rank.

11. Smelting
This is the child skill of mining and repair. This skill basically benefits mining ores and smelting ores within a furnace. levels in smelting are gained by leveling up mining and repair. The total level of smelting is taking the levels of both repair and mining then divide it by two to get the smelting level.
Perks of leveling up Smelting:

Fuel Efficiency: Makes fuel more efficient. It is basically a multiplier that increases the time fuel is used for by 0.04 per smelting level up to 4x at 1000 smelting.

Second Smelt: Grants a chance to get two ingots for the price of one ore. This is increased by .1% chance per level of smelting up to a max of 100% at 1000 smelting.

Vanilla XP boost: Passive ability that grants extra xp from smelting things like iron ore. This basically makes stacks of vanilla xp more efficient whenever something is smelted.

Flux Mining: Unlocked at 250 smelting allows for a player to turn a pickaxe into a flux pickaxe which grants the ability to smelt an ore into an ingot at a rate of 1/3 chance You get a flux pickaxe by putting it into a furnace and it will turn into a flux pickaxe. In general I recommend not using a flux pickaxe as you get more material overall if you don't use flux pickaxe.

12. Swords
Swords is basically the combat skill for used when killing mobs and players. This is capped on the server at 350 levels at max.
Perks for leveling up swords:

Counter strike: Reflects 50% of all damage well blocking. The chance to counter attack is 0.05% per level of swords up to a maximum of 17.5% chance.

Bleed Chance: Basically a passive ability to inflict bleed damage. Each tick of bleed does about a heart of damage and stacks up infinitely. The passive chance to inflict bleed increases by .1% per level of swords up to a maximum of 35%. The length of the bleed is increased every 250 levels up to a cap of 2 ticks per bleed inflicted.

Serrated Strikes: Inflicts bleed 100% of all hits during it. Serrated strikes can be activated by right clicking a sword then hitting a mob or player with he sword. It causes a sword to deal 25% more damage and grants bleed effect in area of effect and to any enemy for 5 seconds per hit. Serrated swords lasts for 2 seconds base and increases by 1 second every 50 levels up to a max of 9 seconds.
13. Taming
Taming is basically the skill that makes wolves better in combat. However, wolfs are fairly buggy on the server due to limited ai. The skill can be leveled up by taming horses, wolfs, ocelots, or attacking players/mobs with wolves.
Perks of leveling up Taming:

Call of the wild: Allows the summoning of wolfs, horses and ocelots. To summon a wolf right click with 10 bones. To summon a horse
right click with 10 apples. To summon an ocelot right click with 10 raw fish.

Beast Lore: Allows you to inspect the health of wolves and ocelots by hitting them with a bone in your hand.

Fast Food service: Unlocked at level 50 taming. This grants a wolf the ability to have a 50% chance to heal on attack and grants minor hunger boost to the player.

Environmentally Aware: Unlocked at level 100 taming. This makes wolves avoid lava and cactus by teleporting to the player and become immune to fall damage.

Thick Fur: Unlocked at 250 taming makes all wolves take 50% reduced damage.

Holy Hound: Unlocked at 375 taming makes poison and magic heal all wolves that you own.

Shook proof:: Unlocked at 500 taming makes all wolves take 1/6 damage from explosions.

Sharpen Claws: Unlocked at 750 taming makes all wolves deal 2 full hearts extra of damage for a total of 5 hearts per hit.
14. Woodcutting
Woodcutting is the skill that is based on chopping down trees with an axe. Xp is gained by chopping down trees using an axe. You can also gain xp by destroying any giant mushroom with an axe as well.
Perks of leveling up woodcutting:
Tree Feller: Cuts down an entire tree whenever chopped with an axe. The ability can be activated by right clicking with an axe in hand and hitting a tree. This ability lasts for 2 seconds base and increases by 1 second every 50 levels.

Leaf Blower; Unlocked at 100 woodcutting basically removes all levels instantly from a tree.

Double drops: Grants a chance to get double drops from chopping logs or giant mushroom blocks. The chance increases by .1% per level of woodcutting up to a cap of 100% chance at 1000 woodcutting levels.


How can I turn off Mcmmo abilities?
You can turn off Mcmmo abilities by doing /mcability .

How can I see the top Mcmmo level?
You can do /mctop (1-10000) to view the top players in Mcmmo. For any individual skill you can check at skill by doing /mctop (skillname) (1-1000) or if you just want top ten /mctop (skillname)

What are Mcmmo parties?
An Mcmmo party is basically a group of players that decide to join together. All players in a party are immune to hitting each other. Parties allow for the sharing of Mcmmo xp with all members of a party nearby. You can see who is in your party by doing /party or /party info . Parties can be formed by doing /party create (Name of party) [Optional password] .

A player can be invited to a party by doing /party invite (playername) The way a player accepts a party invite is doing /party accept . A leader can kick a member of the party by doing /party kick (playername). A party leader can make another person a party leader by doing /party leader (playername). A party leader can disband the entire party is by doing /party disband .

A party leader can allow anyone to join the party by doing /party unlock , or if they want it to remain locked can do /party lock . If a party leader wants to allow me to join with the password. They can set the password at creation or set one with /party password (password) . This allows a player to join the party leaders party with the password with the command /party join (playername) (password) or if a password isn't set and the party is unlocked they can just do /party join (playername) . A player can leave a party with /party leave . A player can see some party command with /party ? or /party help .

What is Party level?
Party level is basically the level of the party that allows what features can be used. Party level is increased by increasing the levels of Mcmmo skills. The features unlocked by party level are:

1. Party Chat- Unlocked at level one party and can be active by doing /party chat or /pc

2. Party Teleport- Unlocked at level two party can be used by doing /ptp (party member name) can be accepted by doing /ptp accept Note this requires to wait 5 seconds to teleport and is recommended to use /tpa (playername) instead.

3. Alliances- Allows two parties to team up. This requires level 5 party to unlock the alliance feature. All allies will share party chat with /pc or /party chat. Alliances can only be made by the party leader. The party leader can create alliance by doing /party alliance invite (playername) , This can be accepted by doing /party alliance accept . An alliance can be disbanded be either party leader by doing /party alliance disband . The party leader can check the alliance status with /party alliance

4. Item Sharing- Unlocked at party level 8. This basically gives party members that are within 50 blocks of each other the ability to share items that are mined or gathered. Like a person mining cobblestone will share it with multiple people. To turn itemshare on do /party itemshare . Item share can be turned off by doing /party itemshare none .

5. Xp share- Unlocked at party level 10. This shares all Mcmmo xp within an area of 50 blocks. More members in an area the more bonus xp will be granted towards Mcmmo skills. To activate xp partyshare do /party xpshare equal . To turn off xpshare do /party xpshare none .

How do I turn off ability notifications?
You can do /mcnotify to turn off most ability notifications. Note this is re-enabled whenever a player logs off and logs back onto the server.

I have formatted some of this for you, as a pointer to what you should try and do, but there is still much more which needs formatting. Msg me if you need any help etc. and great guide.

Alchemy 500 also allows the creation of the potion of blindness (reduces user's vision) can be created by putting an ink sack in an Akward Potion.

- Level 625 Alchemy: Alchemy 625 allows the creation of the potion of saturation (Restores hunger bar automatically over time without need of food) created by putting a fern in an Akward Potion.

- Level 750 Alchemy: Alchemy 750 allows the creation of the potion of decay (Causes damage over time similar to poison but does wither damage instead) created by putting a poisonous potato in an Akward Potion.

- Level 875 Alchemy: Alchemy 875 allows the creation of the potion of resistance (Grants 20% damage reduction buff per level of potion) created by putting a regular golden apply in an Akward Potion.

- Catalysis: This is a passive skill that speeds up the creation of potions at level 100 Alchemy. It caps at speeding up potions to 4x the speed up to 1000 Alchemy. This is basically a multiplier that decreases the speed roughly .04 per Alchemy level.

3. Archery
Archery is a combat skill which enhances the use of a bow. XP is gained by using a bow on mobs, or players. Archery on the server is capped at a maximum of 250 levels.

Perks of Leveling up Archery:
- Skill Shot: Passive damage multiplier with bows. Each level grants 0.2% extra damage multiplier up to a maximum of 50% bonus damage.

- Daze: Grants a chance to daze players grants the nausea effect and forces a player to look up. Daze shots to players also do an extra 2 full hearts of damage to a player. The chance of this occurring increases by 0.05% per level of archery up to a max of 12.5%.

- Arrow retrieval: This passive ability gives a chance to get an arrow back that has been used before. Each level of Archery grants .1% chance to retrieve arrow back at a cap of 25% chance to retrieve arrows.

4. Axes
The Axes skill is leveled up by hitting mobs or players with an axe. On this server axes is capped up to a maximum level of 250.

Perks for leveling up axes:
- Skull Splitter: It is an area of effect ability that allows you to hit multiple players. This ability can be activated by right clicking an axes in hand and hitting a player or mob. This ability lasts 2 seconds at base amount plus for every 50 levels of axes the ability is extended by 1 second. Since the skill cap is 250. The skill can last up to 7 seconds at most.

- Crtical Strikes; This is a passive ability that doubles the damage dealt by an axe. Each axe level grants 0.05% critical strike chance up to a cap of 12.5% chance to critically strike with the cap of 250.

- Armor Impact: This is a passive ability that increases the damage to armor by a base of one and is increased by 0.02 per level up to a max of 6 bonus damage to axes at level 250.

- Axe Mastery: This passive ability increases the base damage of an axe by 0.02 per level up to a cap of 4 damage at level 200 axes.

- Greater Impact: Another passive ability that has a 25% chance to deal extra heart worth of damage to any mob or player without any armor. It causes a knock-back effect similar to knock-back 2 on a sword.

5. Excavation
Excavation is the skill of using a shovel to remove things like dirt, sand, gravel and other blocks. Excavation xp can only be gained by using a shovel on server-generated blocks such as dirt, sand, gravel, and other blocks.

Perks of leveling up Excavation:
- Giga Drill breaker: This is an active ability that grants triple the drop rat, exp gain, and adds 5 levels of efficiency on a shovel. To use this ability requires to right click a shovel then use it to break something like dirt. This ability lasts for 2 seconds base and gains an extra second every 50 levels.

- Treasure Hunter: This skill grants the opportunity to gain extra items from server-generated dirt, sand, or other blocks. Since it is hard to get server-generated dirt a link to drop table for anyone curious: https://mcmmo.fandom.com/wiki/Excavation.

6. Fishing
is the skill that gains xp whenever you fish. Xp is gained upon picking up a fish up item.
Perks of leveling up Fishing:
Treasure Hunter rank (1-8/8) This is a skill that gives you a chance to pick up items from fishing. Like picking a record from fishing, or picking up diamonds. The chance of this occurring is dependent on level and it increases 125 fishing levels and caps at 875 fishing at rank 8. Ice Fishing: Basically allows a person to fish where there is ice. It makes a temporary hole where the fishing rod is. This ability is unlocked at level 50 fishing.
Master Angler: Adds 0.20 bite chance per tick added to base level of fishing per tick. Basically this passive ability adds a higher chance to get fish faster. This is unlocked at level 125 fishing.
Shake: Grants a chance to get items from mobs by using a fishing rod on a mob. This has 8 rank levels that grants the chance of getting an item from a mob using a fishing rod.
1. Rank 1: 15% shake chance at level 0 fishing.
2. Rank 2: 15% shake chance at level 125 fishing
3. Rank 3: 25% shake chance at level 250 fishing.
4. Rank 4: 35% Shake Chance at level 375 Fishing.
5. Rank 5 : 45% Shake Chance at level 500 fishing.
6. Rank 6: 55% Shake Chance at level 625 fishing.
7. Rank 7: 65% Shake Chance at 700 level fishing.
8. Rank 8: 75% Shaek chance at 875 level fishing.

Fisherman's Diet: Adds one extra hunger bar filled when eating fishing. Is increased every 200 level in fishing by one full hunger bar. This is unlocked at 200 fishing and is capped at 1000 fishing. So, in a nutshell:
Level 200 fishing = 1 extra hunger bar filled
Level 400 fishing = 2 extra hunger bar filled
Level 600 fishing = 3 extra hunger bar filled
Level 800 fishing = 4 extra hunger bar filled.
Level 1000 Fishing = 5 Extra hunger bar filled.

7. Herbalism
Xp is gained by harvesting things like crops, or things generated by bone meal like grass or flowers. In general this skill is used to indicate experience gained by farming.
Green Terra: This is an active ability that is activated by right clicking a non-dirt block with a hoe: This ability gives a chance to get 3x drops (this chance is based off of double drop chance)Tr from harvesting plants. It also grants 100% chance using wheat seeds in the inventory to turn Cobble stone to mossy cobblestone, stone brick to mossy stone brick, and dirt into grass. This skill has a base of 2 seconds and gains an extra second every 50 levels of herbalism.
Greeen Thumb: This is a passive skill that auto replants the following crops: Wheat, Carrots,Potatoes, Nether Wart, and Beetroots. When replant will put it into a certain growth speed depending on herbalism level. Shroom Tumb: Is the ability to turn a block of dirt into mycelium using red+brown mushroom. If you right click on it. The chance of this happening goes up with level with roughly 0.033% per level of herbalism.
Farmers Diet: Passive ability that grants extra hunger filled. Table from Mcmmo:


Hylian luck: Basically a passive ability whenever a sword is used to break grass, saplings, dead bushes, or flowers grants a chance to get melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, cocoa, carrots, potatoes, or apples. Each level of herbalism grants 0.01% every level. Up to a cap of 10% chance at level 1000 herbalism.
Breaking Grass,Saplings and Dead brushes with a sword will grant a chance to get melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, or cocoa. Flowers grant the chance to get carrots, potatoes, or apples.
Double Drop Chance: Simple passive ability that grants double drop chance per harvest. At 0.1% per level of herbalism. Caps at 1000 herbalism at 100%. To become a guaranteed drop chance.

8. Mining
is the skill that enhances mining. Mining xp is gained by mining server generated blocks so blocks generated by lava in general.
Perks of leveling up mining:
Super breaker: An active ability that adds efficiency 5 on top of whatever efficiency a pickaxe and grants triple drop chance from blocks mined(This drop chanced is based on double drop chance). The ability can be activated by right clicking a pickaxe and mining any stone block, ore, or anything that pickaxes are used to mine like obsidian.
Blast Mining: This is just mining using TNT which is disabled and can't be used to blow up blocks so is useless.
Bigger Bombs: Just increases radius of blowing up TNT again which is disabled so useless as well.
Demolitions Expertise: Ability that reduces damage from TNT. Again another useless ability.
Double Drop Chance: Grants a chance to get double of any block mined that is server generated. Double drop chance is increased by 0.065% per mining level up to a max of 100% at 1539 mining level.

9. Repair:
This skill grants the ability to repair tools using iron blocks. To repair an item you require whatever resource that is used to make the tool plus an iron block. You can repair by right clicking with the tool in hand twice to repair an item. Note, this can downgrade enchantments.
Perks for leveling up repair:
Diamond Repair: Passive ability to allow a person to repair diamond tools and armor. This requires level 50 repair.
Repair Mastery: Adds extra durability multiplier based off of this table: (Table is from mcmmo wiki) the multiplier is .2% per level of repair added onto the base durability restored.


Arcane Forging: This is basically the chance to keep enchantments, downgrade enchantments, or lose enchantments all together. The rank is increased every 125 repair levels. The chance to keep enchantments goes up by 10% per rank of this ability up to a total chance of 80% at 1000 repair. Well, the chance of downgrading/loosing enchantments all together go down per rank.

10. Salvage
this is a child skill of Fishing and repair. A child skill basically means two skill contribute to the level of the skill. To get the total level is take both the skills levels together and then divide by two. Salvage can be used by right clicking a golden block twice with any tool/armor with durability to get the raw resources out of the salvage.
Advanced Salvage: Grants the number of materials based off of the durability of an item. The number of materials received by durability per salvage level is .1% up to a cap of 100% at 1000 salvage.
Arcane Salvaging: Grants the chance to get enchantment books off of the item being salvaged. This is increased every 125 levels of salvage. The chance to get the full enchantment off of a book increases by 2.5% per salvage rank and the chance to get partial enchantment increases by 1.33% per rank.

11. Smelting
this is the child skill of mining and repair. This skill basically benefits mining ores and smelting ores within a furnace. levels in smelting are gained by leveling up mining and repair. The total level of smelting is taking the levels of both repair and mining then divide it by two to get the smelting level.
Fuel Efficiency: Makes fuel more efficient. It is basically a multiplier that increases the time fuel is used for by 0.04 per smelting level up to 4x at 1000 smelting.
Second Smelt: Grants a chance to get two ingots for the price of one ore. This is increased by .1% chance per level of smelting up to a max of 100% at 1000 smelting.
Vanilla XP boost: Passive ability that grants extra xp from smelting things like iron ore. This basically makes stacks of vanilla xp more efficient whenever something is smelted.
Flux Mining: Unlocked at 250 smelting allows for a player to turn a pickaxe into a flux pickaxe which grants the ability to smelt an ore into an ingot at a rate of 1/3 chance You get a flux pickaxe by putting it into a furnace and it will turn into a flux pickaxe. In general I recommend not using a flux pickaxe as you get more material overall if you don't use flux pickaxe.

12. Swords
is basically the combat skill for used when killing mobs and players. This is capped on the server at 350 levels at max.
Perks for leveling up swords:
Counter strike: Reflects 50% of all damage well blocking. The chance to counter attack is 0.05% per level of swords up to a maximum of 17.5% chance.
Bleed Chance: Basically a passive ability to inflict bleed damage. Each tick of bleed does about a heart of damage and stacks up infinitely. The passive chance to inflict bleed increases by .1% per level of swords up to a maximum of 35%. The length of the bleed is increased every 250 levels up to a cap of 2 ticks per bleed inflicted.
Serrated Strikes: Inflicts bleed 100% of all hits during it. Serrated strikes can be activated by right clicking a sword then hitting a mob or player with he sword. It causes a sword to deal 25% more damage and grants bleed effect in area of effect and to any enemy for 5 seconds per hit. Serrated swords lasts for 2 seconds base and increases by 1 second every 50 levels up to a max of 9 seconds.

13. Taming
is basically the skill that makes wolves better in combat. However, wolfs are fairly buggy on the server due to limited ai. The skill can be leveled up by taming horses, wolfs, ocelots, or attacking players/mobs with wolves.
Perks of leveling up Taming:
Call of the wild: Allows the summoning of wolfs, horses and ocelots. To summon a wolf right click with 10 bones. To summon a horse right click with 10 apples. To summon an ocelot right click with 10 raw fish.
Beast Lore: Allows you to inspect the health of wolves and ocelots by hitting them with a bone in your hand.
Fast Food service: Unlocked at level 50 taming. This grants a wolf the ability to have a 50% chance to heal on attack and grants minor hunger boost to the player.
Environmentally Aware: Unlocked at level 100 taming. This makes wolves avoid lava and cactus by teleporting to the player and become immune to fall damage.
Thick Fur: Unlocked at 250 taming makes all wolves take 50% reduced damage.
Holy Hound: Unlocked at 375 taming makes poison and magic heal all wolves that you own.
Shook proof:: Unlocked at 500 taming makes all wolves take 1/6 damage from explosions.
Sharpen Claws: Unlocked at 750 taming makes all wolves deal 2 full hearts extra of damage for a total of 5 hearts per hit.

14. Woodcutting
is the skill that is based on chopping down trees with an axe. Xp is gained by chopping down trees using an axe. You can also gain xp by destroying any giant mushroom with an axe as well.
Perks of leveling up woodcutting:
Tree Feller: Cuts down an entire tree whenever chopped with an axe. The ability can be activated by right clicking with an axe in hand and hitting a tree. This ability lasts for 2 seconds base and increases by 1 second every 50 levels.
Leaf Blower; Unlocked at 100 woodcutting basically removes all levels instantly from a tree.
Double drops: Grants a chance to get double drops from chopping logs or giant mushroom blocks. The chance increases by .1% per level of woodcutting up to a cap of 100% chance at 1000 woodcutting levels.

A. You can do /mctop (1-10000) to view the top players in Mcmmo. For any individual skill you can check at skill by doing /mctop (skillname) (1-1000) or if you just want top ten /mctop (skillname)

What is Party level?
Party level is basically the level of the party that allows what features can be used. Party level is increased by increasing the levels of Mcmmo skills. The features unlocked by party level are:
1. Party Chat- Unlocked at level one party and can be active by doing /party chat or /pc
2. Party Teleport- Unlocked at level two party can be used by doing /ptp (party member name) can be accepted by doing /ptp accept Note this requires to wait 5 seconds to teleport and is recommended to use /tpa (playername) instead.
3. Alliances- Allows two parties to team up. This requires level 5 party to unlock the alliance feature. All allies will share party chat with /pc or /party chat. Alliances can only be made by the party leader. The party leader can create alliance by doing /party alliance invite (playername) , This can be accepted by doing /party alliance accept . An alliance can be disbanded be either party leader by doing /party alliance disband . The party leader can check the alliance status with /party alliance
4. Item Sharing- Unlocked at party level 8. This basically gives party members that are within 50 blocks of each other the ability to share items that are mined or gathered. Like a person mining cobblestone will share it with multiple people. To turn itemshare on do /party itemshare . Item share can be turned off by doing /party itemshare none .
5. Xp share- Unlocked at party level 10. This shares all Mcmmo xp within an area of 50 blocks. More members in an area the more bonus xp will be granted towards Mcmmo skills. To activate xp partyshare do /party xpshare equal . To turn off xpshare do /party xpshare none .

How do I turn off ability notifications?
You can do /mcnotify to turn off most ability notifications. Note this is re-enabled whenever a player logs off and logs back onto the server.

Indeed, thanks Jesus. Updated the guide to be more easy to read. Something that would help with formating is allowing the creation of drafts so that way I can save progress during writing and edit it more easily without needing to post the entire thread.

It can be difficult for new players and old players to understand certain plug ins when switching servers or joining it for the first time.. you are making those transitions easier by providing GREAT explanations and examples for us too look at.
