I voted but i got no vote keys

Why did this happen can anyone help me? I restarted my game but that didn't do anything.

I don't vote on parkour, but I have been voting on Survival and the last few days it also hasn't given any keys. I believe the issue on Survival is being fixed, but the staff may not know about it on Parkour. You can report the bug here: https://manacube.com/support/.:mc_79-0:

i’m not sure if this is true. but i’ve heard from a few others that you have to have 1+ hour of playtime on the dedicated server you are voting on. if that is not the issue, make sure you are typing the correct username. if so, like stated above, you could create a support ticket involving proof that you have voted and haven’t received the rewards

Did you vote in the map maker world? If so then it's normal for you to not receive your keys. If you didn't vote in the map maker then make sure to make a support ticket.

Also make sure that you’re on the main parkour world... not map maker or any champ maps. This affects you getting the vote keys too. Hope this helps :)
