i need nether quartz to make obesrvers for a farm and i dont know how to get it

I don't believe it's possible to obtain nether quartz since you can't go to the nether and there is no quartz on ./shop
I'm assuming you want to make some sort of automated farm- unfortunately, the only auto farm you're allowed to have is a cactus farm. Mob grinders are okay as well, but redstone is pretty messed up on the server.

they have intentionally made it so you can't get quartz, making it possible for players to get it could result in more server lag because of automated redstone farms.

The only crop you can automate is Cactus, this is an intentional feature as huge auto sugar cane/bamboo farms would be very overpowered, and as Twix said, they create a lot of lag
