Lost my rank!!!

My in game name is craftmaster1133 I was in rank O and when i bought the Legend pack i lost my rank I have tried mining enough to get from A to B but is says Im not allowed to rank up "as you can see in the picture my rank is unknown and my rank up cost is 0" I have tried logging off and on but no help I ask every person i see but no help, I need help Tenshi

I will be checking this least 10 times a day for least a week because the reason i got ledgend was for prison

i was told by other pople this has happen to and they said its a server error and it will fix it self is that true
