Lost progress

I was mining to try and complete my miner quest so that i could get more points and after one of the server resets when I logged back into my island all of my progress towards the quest had been deleted

The quest reset for everyone. The miner quest was out for like a day xD

No because after i came back i still had the miner quest with 1 hour left. I knew that i couldn't finish it in an hour so I just left it alone.

Oof big rip. For the future log out before a reboot. That's generally what we did last season so we wouldnt lose our progress with quests :)

Ahh np np. I remember making 249 cakes for the 'bake 300 cakes quest' and then it reset after a reboot. Good times also GOOD LUCK!!
