The theme is original so good job on that.
The build is where a big issue lies. Personally I couldn't tell that this was a swiss city from looking at it, the architecture doesn't represent the same architecture in the picture that was used a reference. Also, the focal point of the city of Lucerne is the river but in the build is feels like it's the road that is the focal point. The landscaping also makes the build feel landlocked and the trees are too evenly spaced to be seen as actual nature. To be able to fix this, i'd make the river the focal point of the build and choose maybe one building that you want to represent the swiss architecture. You'd also need to upscale the build ten fold to the size of about handelbourg to be able to capture what you're trying to capture.
The parkour also feels extremely inconsistent and too hard for a hard map. Some of the jumps don't flow well together and it causes the parkour to feel hard.
