Missing VIP+ in parkour and all games besides the lobby.

Hello! I got this game a long time ago and I had a rank but now i have started playing again and noticed my rank is missing in parkour. What is the reason for this, thanks!

For this I would suggest going and making a support ticket on the manacube website to get this fixed if it has not already been dealt with. You could also use the help and issues channels on the manacube discord to get help!

Have you tried doing /claim ? If you have tried /claim in-game then like above, make a support ticket here: https://manacube.com/support/

Hey, I don't know if you've made a ticket yet or not but one thing I would suggest is doing /claim in-game. Sometimes when there is a reset for a server your rank will disappear. It is still there you just have to claim it again.

Now, if you used a rank up paper. They do not sorry over seasons and that is why you could be missing your rank.
