it was a mistake i left with his pickaxe on me

You'll just need to be patient. Ban appeals sometimes take a while, but if I understand the situation correctly, this ban appeal will probably be accepted rather quickly.

Jort as a sidetone because I know you and Toto to avoid these kind of mishaps in the future you should try and have some kind of extra level of communication such as through discord or through the in game mail system or keeping shared tools in a shared private chest

That's quite unfortunate that it's happened to you. As the moderator mentioned above Toto has made a ban appeal and you just need to be patient. People make mistakes all the time and Anxi must have just thought that you were scamming/stealing from others so they banned you. It's an unfortunate mistake but anyhow I wish you the best of luck with your false ban and hope to see you back soon, all the best :)
