On a scale of 1-10 how horrible is your sleep schedule?

Ever since Covid hit, I have been staying up pulling all-nighters non-stop. I average going to bed at 5am on weekends and waking up at 2 or 3 pm. Even on weekdays, I go to sleep at 3am and have to be up for school at 8am. Anyone else?

I don't have school or a job so my sleep schedule is VERY f-ed. I go to sleep at around 12pm - 4pm then I stay up for the rest of the day/night

haha I slept at 7am yesterday !!1!1 my sleep schedule is totally fine, why would you ever think otherwise ?!?@??@1?!?!1!?! haha!!

My sleep schedule is really good, partly because I just had school last week so I'm used to waking up early but also because I have younger siblings who I have to take to bed. I usually go to sleep from 10-11pm and wake up at 6-7am. :)

during weekdays its actually not bad, i sleep at 12-1am and wake up at 6am so its at about a 7 if 10 is the best id say
but during the weekends...... well sleeping at 3-4am isnt bad right *nervous laughter*

My sleep schedule started amazing and now slowly I am sleeping later and later. I used to sleep at 9 pm (I know weird) and no I’ve been sleeping at 2 am. But with this said I still wake up at the same time (9 am)! So I would say prob 5 atleast for me!

My weekday sleep schedule is fine, I sleep at 10 and wake up at 7 (I know ew), but on the weekend I just get no sleep. I can manage to stay up at night, usually until 2 in the morning or so, but for some reason my body refuses to sleep after 7. I've heard people tell me sleeping in is the best thing ever, but I guess I just miss out on that lol

1/10. lmao. This is probably why I'm toxic sometimes, I go to bed literally anywhere from 9 to 4 in the morning and wake up anywhere from 5 to 6 for school. I never really get more than 8 hours of sleep and that is really rare, my average sleep time is like 3 hours.

I actually threw my entire life around. I used to sleep 2/3 hours a night. I started to live a more healthy lifestyle. I sleep 6-8 hours a night now. I go to school 5 days a week, I work 2 days a week and I still play on manacube most of my off time.

note to people that barely sleep:

go fix your schedule and you will notice being more active and more full of energy. Sleeping is super important so don’t take away the rest of your own body and mind :)

To be honest, my sleep schedule isn't terrible. I got school 5 days a week so I wake up at 7:30 and sleep at around 12:30 so not terrible.

I sleep around 9:30 - 11 pm and wake up at 6 am pretty consistently so mine is fine.

my sleeping schedule is usually similar to that of a grandma. I go to sleep around 10pm then wake up around 9am. If I'm awake still after 11:30-12pm I'll be suuuuper miserable the next day

when covid first started, my sleep schedule was like, 4am - 1pm, but then I had to get my life back together, so its around 12am - 7am. I wouldn't mind an extra hour of sleep at night, but I get very busy, so i'd say my schedule is around an 8 1/2 :)
