Most parkour regulars have tried at one point to make a map. I'm guessing half of them didn't realize the requirements for having a map accepted. I was one of the people who didn't know.
I believe having a causal parkour mode would be relaxing, and fun if you want to jump block to block. As someone said in my varied spawn parkour idea, the reason they don't want it to be varied is because you just jump from block to block. Simple, relaxing...if a map is good enough, like the parkour is good, but not good enough because of the build, it could be added to the casual parkour. some maps are also made as jokes, for example I've created a tribute to caseyclosed...but the build is a huge stick. I would like to see Casey try to beat the map, using checkpoints, gaining mana from it...but I know that it won't get accepted just so I can see Casey doing it. Casual parkour mode could allow that type of map to be played as an actual map.
