Physical Cubits

I have a couple physical cubits, where would I go to get some help converting those?

If you have cubits as an in-game item, what you will have to do to transfer them to your balance (/cubits balance) is creating a support ticket on the forums here. After that, you´ll have to wait until you get an answer from Staff.
(To spend those cubits in the store, you must have at least 2 cubits)
