anarchy is dead + anarchy is well, anarchy, a qa team wouldn't really help in a no rules gamemode

Unfortunately right now we are not looking for any QA members for Anarchy. You are able to apply for QA for other realms and give feedback for Anarchy, but not looking for any Anarchy Specific members.

It doesn't need moderation, rules or add-ons, but if it's gonna be there it might as well be functionnal at a vanilla baseline, at the very least. Even then, its not without moderation completely, what with anti-cheat and some weird glitches that make it differ from normal Minecraft gameplay.
