I like a lot of weird stuff tbh. I eat tofu regularly (no, I'm not vegan/vegetarian) I like squid, seaweed, starfruit that have all been mentioned above.
When I was still in high school I worked at an asian grocery store and got the chance to try a lot of different things. I guess a weird favorite from that time are guava candies. They're delicious, very sweet, and very fragrant!

The most exotic all-time thing I have tried is probably Mang-Kut (Mangosteen), in Thailand. It was absolutely delicious and I am still keeping an eye out at the more exotic stores here to see if they sell it :).

The most exotic thing I tried was some durian fruit chocolate from Singapore I think.

It smelled horrible and lingered in my house for 3 days. Wouldn’t eat again, let alone have it come near me
